No gears at all
Hi guys. Believe it or not, nobody can give me a simple answer. I tried the web, brick works the lot. If the rear gearbox is low in oil, will it stop the selecter from going into gear? I noticed that there is oil leaking from the CV boots on both sides of the gearbox and the weirdest thing was that in the beginning it was hard to go into 2nd and 3rd gear. Then one day, no problem and the last that I derived it, it refused to go into 1st and 2nd gear. I drove it up the ramp, lift the car up and check out the box. After, I tried to put in into reverse it also refuse, I got 1st gear back. Please help! Chris

RE: No gears at all
It is also possible that your gear shift rod has slipped. That is a common cause of not being able to get 1st and 2nd. Check the joint half way along the rod
