Here is your chance to test your new Synco Dazz, We were there a couple of weekends ago. Really enjoyed it and also the first time I tested my Syncro. Think I will go again.

@Schalla

It seems like fun. I am very keen but how technical is it? I am very excited to go and test the Syncrover.
Are you going again. Do i need a helmet? Any special requirements?

Hi Dazz.

No special equipment or helmets needed. You can also bypass obstacles you do not want to do. I kept it simple. I had a bit of coaching by the other Syncro owners and followed their example. What I enjoyed most, was the trail along the farm. This was very rocky and challenging at places. There was a big water obstacle which I luckily bypassed. I have a 2.6 conversion and the air filter is way to low, which I only realized a couple of days later. Xavier has pointed this out to me.

I do not remember if the 27th is a fun day or competition. If it is a competition I will not be participating. Not skilled enough yet. The other problem I had was some scratches along the paintwork when bypassing some of the more difficult places along the route. Nothing serious but I can see some marks along the length of the bus.

Just have a look at the photos in the Hennops 4x4 thread. You will be able to judge from that. I cannot teach you anything at this stage but I am pretty sure that I will be able to help myself. Dean has given us a lecture and explaining how the 4x4 system on a Syncro works and when to use it. This was very helpful info.
You will get more info from any of the guys on this forum. What a great bunch to have met. My story is getting to long now. Feel free to contact me if you need more info. As mentioned I have just started and I am nowhere close to these other guys as far as knowledge about Syncros are concerned.
