RE: 2015 Northern Cape Syncro Trip - 25 April to 3 May 2015
Stuart please remove our names from the list.
Tanya and I have decided that we are rather going to continue into Namibia staying at fish river canyon, Aus, Luderitz, Sesriem sossesvlei , Swakopmund, Windhoek before returning home via Maun and the Okavango Delta.
Thanks

Xavier;
How much time have planned for such a trip?
Would 2 weeks be enough?

Thx
Gerrie

You'll enjoy that one.
I did a similar trip last July from CT - Fish River Canyon - Luderitz - Sossusvlei - Spitzkoppe - Etosha - Erongo - Walvis Bay - Cape Town -
R 10 000 on fuel in my 2.3i Andreno
17 Nights in the bus.
If you don't have mud guards - I ddn't - get some for stone chip protection, my wheel arches and bumpers got sandblasted.

RE: 2015 Northern Cape Syncro Trip - 25 April to 3 May 2015
Hi Gerrie
We have planed 12 days for the trip, camping for 5 nights and lodges for the rest.
I wont be doing the trip in my syncroSad but rather in my Isuzu . Not because I don't want to but rather because we will be traveling solo for 50% of the time.
Hi Bruce
I hope the fuel is less than yours, I have budgeted between 5 and 7. I get a average of 9.3L/100km with a/c but that's without the roof top tent.
