WHAT 15' RIMS FITS ON 2WD MICROBUSSES
If the cup of the rim dish dont touch the rear drum im sure it will work just fine
Im also planning to widen the rim my 1" the it would look pretty nice i think.

RE: WHAT 15' RIMS FITS ON 2WD MICROBUSSES
This is my spare wheel and the rim type I'm looking for. The markings I can make out say

ET-4A(could be 44)
6J-15H2
Tyres 215R15

The sliding door rubs against the tyre when I open it

RE: WHAT 15' RIMS FITS ON 2WD MICROBUSSES
Please explain what the numbers in the rim specs mean

6Jx15

ET47

PCD:5x112

And the effect of a change in the numbers,ie what is the difference between ET47 and ET40 or PCD 110 and 112 ?

RE: WHAT 15' RIMS FITS ON 2WD MICROBUSSES
here we go as far as i know:
6Jx15---- 6J is 6 inches wide, 6.5 j= 6.5 inches wide, X15 15" rim diameter

ET47, et is the off set from center number in mm. ie the hub is off set 47mm from center of the rim to the outside, vw uses 30mm ie et30

PCD:5x112 , sud amount and the stud spacing diameter, 5x studs at 112mm spacing, need to have this on a combi, merc uses the same

Thanks Stuart.

OK, still a bit confused about off-set. Lets do it in real terms.

Off-set on my busses wheels are ET44

Now, if I were to fit a ET30, would the wheel sit closer to the centre of the bus or further out ?

Closer to the center with et 44, ie the hub is 44mm to the outside of the rim from the center of the rim,
ET 30,the wheel will be 14mm further outwards as the hub is only 30mm from the center

I can get a set of 7J x 15, ET49 rims.

Will it work on the Syncro and what are the negatives.
