Umm PS. I have to admit I'm taking a bit of a liberty here because I don't have a Syncro. Mine is a '91 5-cyl 2WD bus with Syncro difflock, slightly raised suspension, long range tank and a few other 'bush' mods. I hope you genuine Syncronauts won't be offended if I gatecrash your party.
