RE: Gearbox oil filler hole
Hole is a 17mm allen key.. Just near the gearshift on the gearbox, yes fill to the brim.

I may be a mechanic, but i can't fix stupid

...and if it has seized it can be a b*&%h to get out. I threw everything I had at trying to get mine out - ended up having to call the experts.

I had to weld a nut because I also had issues with a stripped plug...
Try welding but be careful, do it slowly to keep it cool

Will a standard allen key get in there or will a socket allen key also work?

RE: Gearbox oil filler hole
Both should fit. Personally i prefer to remove the two 13mm bolts holding the gear-shift-rod and lower the rod. That gives you plenty space to clean and work... ;-)
